Friendly and accommodating staff made us feel welcome.
I was appalled by the lack of professionalism shown . Upon arrival, I found the room in an unsatisfactory condition with unclean areas and a broken AC that left us sweating all night. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and the inadequate breakfast options were utterly disappointing.

Spotlessly clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect close to suitable, airport and casinos, shops, restaurants, banks, and easy access. Had well laid out and reasonably large room complete with bathroom, refrigerator and shower.

Awesome place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with a bottle of water at night, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Clean hotel, cheap rooms, convenient location to casinos. Lots of perfect options for meal. Location adjacent to restaurants, the casino.

The Queen Suite was really nice and clean, super spacious for our group. The beds were comfy and the setup was perfect for us with two beds and a pull-out couch. Having the toilet separate from the shower was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helped us get an early check-in, great since we had a funeral to attend. All in all, a solid stay.
