I was appalled by the lack of professionalism shown during my stay. Upon arrival, I found the room in an unsatisfactory condition with unclean areas and a broken AC that left us sweating all night. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and the inadequate breakfast options were utterly disappointing.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with a bottle of water at night, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

It’s nearly 2 km to the Imperial Calcasieu Museum, making it easy to hop between outdoor and cultural experiences. The staff was very accommodating, and the amenities provided everything I needed for my weekend getaway.
